Hi Friends!
Formally, I’m Jelina Sheppard but feel free to call me “J”. I'm currently a 2x author, singer, public speaker, consultant, educator.... I'm much more but the list will start to get pretty long lol. I'm originally from Snow Hill, NC and I've become an inspirational advisee on topics such as good parenting, nurturing healthy relationships, and self-love. When I'm not inside the classroom modeling mathematics or manipulating numbers, I can be found doing what I love most which is singing and writing, and occasionally getting a great nap.
I am 2020 MBA graduate of North Carolina A&T State University and a spring 2018 initiate into Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Upon receiving my B.S in Mathematics in 2016, I found my son and I featured in media outlets such as Huffington Post, Today News, Popsugar, Fox News, The Shade Room, and many others; and in 2017, my son Karter and I, published our first co-written book, The Boy With No Shadow.
October 12, 2018 dated the release of my second book, "Overcoming A Breakup: A Lover’s Guide To Resilience." This was my first publishing on healing and relationships and has been said to be monumentally life changing! All copies can be purchased through amazon or other retail sites.
